Why We Built This Site
Public access in Arkansas depends on the record and its custodian. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office keeps local booking and incident material, while the District Court Clerk and County/Circuit Clerk maintain their respective case files. Arkansas State Police supplies repository checks; corrections and registry records use separate state systems. Bringing those routes together helps prevent a court search from being mistaken for a statewide background check.
