It excludes pending misdemeanors, traffic records, and arrests resolved by dismissal, nolle prosequi, or not guilty. “Nolle prosequi,” often shortened to “nol-prossed,” means the prosecution declined to proceed with that charge. A no-history response therefore does not prove that Montgomery County never created an arrest or court record.
